Section 01: Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to everyone who uses PuzzleVuzzle, whether you browse, play as a guest, or create an account. If you use PuzzleVuzzle on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Section 02: What PuzzleVuzzle is

PuzzleVuzzle is a free-to-play web app featuring Word Search, Number Search, Fill-Ins, Color Rush, Zip Game, and Queens Game. Return to the homepage between sessions.

Core gameplay is free. If optional paid features are introduced in the future, pricing will be shown clearly before you commit.

Section 03: Creating an account

You can play in guest mode without registering. Account features may include saved progress, score history, and future personalization options.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including a valid email address
• Keep your password private and secure
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access

You are responsible for activity under your account. Users under age 13 must use guest mode.

Section 04: How you may use PuzzleVuzzle

PuzzleVuzzle is designed for fair, enjoyable gameplay. You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or manipulation to gain unfair score advantages
• Attempt to compromise site security or access other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our puzzles, code, or designs without permission
• Use the platform in a way that harms the service or other users

Section 05: Our games and content

All PuzzleVuzzle content, including game logic, visual design, puzzles, trademarks, and code, is our original work and protected by law.

You may share links to PuzzleVuzzle, but you may not reproduce, sell, license, or claim our work as your own without written permission.

Zip Game and Queens Game are independently built implementations of classic puzzle concepts. General concepts may be public domain; our specific implementation is not.

Section 06: Independent development statement

PuzzleVuzzle's Zip Game, Queens Game, and other games were built by our team from the ground up.

We did not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate proprietary third-party source code or interface assets.

Logic puzzle mechanics are foundational concepts that predate modern puzzle platforms. Copyright protection applies to specific creative expression, not abstract mechanics.

We stand behind the originality of our implementation and welcome direct good-faith communication if concerns arise.

Section 07: Service availability and warranty disclaimer

We work to keep PuzzleVuzzle stable and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Maintenance, browser differences, and technical issues may occasionally affect load times, score sync, or progress storage.

No warranty: PuzzleVuzzle is provided on an "as-is" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Section 08: Third-party links

PuzzleVuzzle may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or terms on those sites.

Section 09: Ending access

You may stop using PuzzleVuzzle at any time. Account deletion can be requested via settings or by email.

We may suspend or remove access in cases of misuse, including cheating, abuse, security attacks, or harmful behavior. Where practical, we try to contact users first.

When accounts are deleted or removed, associated data is handled according to our Privacy Policy timelines.

Section 10: Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PuzzleVuzzle evolves. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date, and significant changes may also be emailed to registered users.

Continued use after a published update means you accept the revised terms.

Section 11: Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where PuzzleVuzzle operates. If disputes occur, we aim to resolve them first through direct and fair discussion.
